EASY-TO-USE APP

Using the vHealth app, you can:
• Make an appointment to speak with a doctor in Thai or English during regular operating hours (9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday – Friday year-round except for public holidays)
• Upload scans, medical reports and photographs before your call
• Our vHealther assistants can help you by booking tests and referrals
• Keep all your health information — including your medical history, allergies, medications, vHealth consultation notes, diagnoses, treatment plans and test results — together in one secure place accessible only to people you authorise
• Access your health information and replay consultations anytime, anywhere

SPECIALLY TRAINED DOCTORS

All vHealth doctors are specially trained in remote health care diagnosis and treatment according to international clinical standards of care. With 30 minutes dedicated for each appointment, you can count on them to listen to you without making you feel rushed.
Your vHealth doctor can:
• Assess your health concerns by videochat or photos you upload to diagnose illness
• Recommend diagnostic tests and send a medical certificate and recommended treatment plan directly to your phone (always check first with Aetna Thailand insurance to be sure that recommended treatment and tests are covered by your plan)
• Explain test results and next steps
• Have prescriptions sent directly to your phone
• Refer you to specialists when required and send referral letters to your phone
• Provide second opinions on treatments recommended by other doctors when requested
• Handle follow-up care for the health concerns you call about as well as routine follow-up for managing diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, stress and other chronic conditions
• Offer general health and wellness advice and tips for making lifestyle changes
